THIS CHEF started cooking -“at the age of 15 at a brick oven pizzeria to pay for football gear .
RT has cooked for many parties and joined forces with restaurants over the years as a line cook, solo cook and manager. Although this Chef can do many things over a flame, nothing beats a good ole Southern BBQ

THUS, smokin Chris’ southern BBQ was born !
furthermore, having been in foster care and transferred to 11 elementary schools, CHEF RT PLANS to help the youth with his profits by feeding  and teaching them music business and food. Makes sense right? Who wants some smoke?
